Positions We Are Hiring For: For the 2023 crop season, we are seeking a few motivated individuals to join our growing team. 

This position is a seasonal position (March – November) with a potential for continuation, based on review at the end of the season. We are seeking a reliable member to join our team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to be attentive and safely operate and be around large farm equipment in a fast-paced work environment.

Identify and communicate issues about potential problems with equipment.

Follow instructions and directions from management staff to effectively complete task at hand.

Perform general labor duties including, but not limited to, weed cleaning, basic equipment service and maintenance, tractor operation, general manual labor tasks.

Assist in various other farm duties.

Pay attention to detail and work safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous agricultural experience a plus, but not required. (preferably inside of a forage production operation.) 

Clean background check and be able to pass a drug test on request.

Dependable vehicle to drive to and from work.

A passion for agriculture and willingness to improve day after day.

Understanding of long hours and the agricultural grind during season. (Some days will be long with early starts or late nights)

Willingness to learn.

Legally able to work in the USA.

Ability to get in and out of equipment multiple times a day and sustain sitting for long periods at a time.

This is an outdoor work position where it is common to work in the heat, wind, rain, cold or all of the above.

Benefits:

Hourly pay DOE (Starting at $18/hr. (Higher depending on experience) with potential increase throughout season.

Mildly flexible schedule during the season (some days will be busier than others)
